Payment

MYT carrys out pay rate and compensation policy, which are competitive and attractive. The payment can be adjust according to the following three factors: 1. survey results which are held periodically; 2. personal contributions; 3. company’s benefits.

Payments = regular earnings + bonus

According to the rules and regulations, MYT can submit the social insurance, such as endowment insurance and medical insurance.

Training
